3. Age Requirement

SkinTracker is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Provide

• Steam ID - you provide your Steam ID to link your CS2 inventory to the App. We use this solely to fetch your public skin inventory data via the Steam API.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Google Sign-In data - when you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and display name via Firebase Authentication.

• Firebase Authentication data - a unique user ID is created and stored to manage your account and associate your portfolio data with your account.

• Subscription status - we record whether your account is on the free or premium plan, to control access to premium features.

4.3 Diagnostic and Analytics Data

• Firebase Crashlytics — automatically collects crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app version, stack traces) to help us identify and fix bugs. This data does not identify you personally.

• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymized usage data such as screen views and feature interactions to help us understand how the App is used and improve the user experience. IP addresses are anonymized.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App and its features

• Authenticate you and manage your account

• Fetch and display your CS2 skin inventory and price history

• Determine your subscription tier and unlock premium features

• Detect and fix crashes and technical issues

• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App

• Respond to your support requests

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Poland, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide the App's core functionality (account management, inventory display)

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

• Crash and analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (typically 90 days for crash data, up to 14 months for analytics).

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase's built-in security rules. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Firebase services are operated by Google and may process data on servers located outside of Poland or the EEA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection for such transfers.

2. What SkinTracker Does

SkinTracker is a portfolio tracking application for Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") cosmetic items ("skins"). The Service allows you to:

• Connect your Steam account to view your CS2 skin inventory

• Track the estimated market value of your inventory over time

• Monitor skin price history and market trends

• Set price alerts and receive push notifications

• Manage a personal watchlist of skins

SkinTracker does not facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of any items. All price data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Eligibility

To use SkinTracker, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old

• Have a valid Steam account

• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Your Account

4.1 Steam Account

SkinTracker accesses your Steam profile and CS2 inventory data via Steam's public API. By connecting your Steam account, you authorize us to retrieve and display this data within the Service. You remain solely responsible for your Steam account and must comply with Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement.

4.2 Google Sign-In

You may sign in using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. By doing so, you authorize us to receive your Google account information (such as your name and email address) solely for authentication purposes. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at skinstrackrapp@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Plans

SkinTracker offers both a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. The features available under each plan are described within the application.

5.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through:

• Apple App Store (iOS devices) — subject to Apple's payment terms

• Google Play Store (Android devices) — subject to Google's payment terms

We do not directly process or store any payment card information.

5.3 Pricing

Current subscription pricing is displayed in the application before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

5.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand through your App Store or Google Play account.

6. Price Data and Informational Disclaimer

All skin prices displayed in SkinTracker are estimates sourced from third-party market data providers (including but not limited to CSFloat and Steam Market). These prices:

• Are provided for informational purposes only

• May not reflect actual transaction prices on any marketplace

• May be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete

• Do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice

SkinTracker's "Price insight" feature (including any buy/sell/hold signals) is based solely on historical price position within a given time range and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any item. Past price performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Use the Service to violate Valve Corporation's Steam terms or any third-party platform terms

8. Intellectual Property

SkinTracker and its original content, features, design, and code are owned by OneHire sp. z o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CS2, Steam, and related trademarks and assets are the property of Valve Corporation. SkinTracker is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

By using SkinTracker, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including:

• Steam ID and public inventory data

• Authentication data via Firebase and Google Sign-In

• Usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics

• Crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics

• Subscription status (Premium or Free)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Price data will be accurate, complete, or up to date

• The Service will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Damages resulting from your reliance on price data or signals displayed in the Service

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data

• Any interruption or unavailability of the Service

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where such limitation is not permitted by law, including in cases of gross negligence or fraud, or as required by Polish consumer protection laws or EU law applicable to consumers in the European Economic Area.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users

• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees, except as required by applicable law.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the application or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless prohibited by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your rights under the GDPR and applicable national data protection laws also apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
